Utilizing more than eighteen years of public accounting experience Theresa is a small business owner servicing small businesses and individuals. Theresa started Tax Happens to meet four distinct needs:
(1) Upfront pricing, whenever possible, at reasonable rates with no surprise invoices.
(2) Clear deadlines for the completion of all work.
(3) Being personally available to all clients year round.
(4) Empowering clients to do as much or as little as they desire.
Theresa is passionate about the success of her clients and is an integral part of their business.
Theresa previously worked with a large regional CPA firm in downtown Tampa, served with a Big Four Public Accounting firm and a mid-size, regional New York City firm. Earned Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hofstra University and a Masters of Science in Taxation from St. John’s University. Licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.
